To send texts to clients, Twilio must first confirm that your organization is real. This takes 2-3 weeks. During that time, you can set-up your account but you will not be able to text a client until your submission has been approved. Please fill this form out carefully and make sure the organization name matches the one on file with your state. If there is an error in the submission your account will be delayed an additional 2-3 weeks.
