The HopeSync Platform Navigator certification is your gateway to mastering the HopeSync platform, equipping you with the expertise to guide your center in making the most of its powerful communication tools. By becoming a certified HopeSync Platform Navigator, you’ll gain practical skills that enhance your daily operations and earn the recognition of countless centers nationwide that rely on HopeSync.

This certification goes beyond just a title; it reflects your dedication to excellence and your commitment to serving clients with the best technology available. To get started, attend our weekly live training sessions, schedule a one-on-one training, participate in webinars, or join our conference breakout sessions. Simply submit the email you use to log in to HopeSync, and you’ll be on the path to mastering the platform. You can track your progress by checking the navigator icon in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Upon achieving your Platform Navigator certification, you'll receive both a certificate and a commemorative Platform Navigator pin to celebrate your accomplishment.

Ongoing Training

To maintain your Platform Navigator certification, ongoing training is required. Your Navigator points will decrease by 40% if your training is over a year old. To keep your certification current, you’ll need to attend 2-3 events annually to refresh your knowledge. This ensures that as a Platform Navigator, your skills remain sharp and continue to bring value to any center you support.

  • Getting Started With HopeSync: Learn how to set up and navigate your HopeSync account. Understand user roles, subscription options, and how to manage your organization's information and texting number.

  • Relating Well Through SMS: Explore your clients' generational requirements and how HopeSync meets their needs. Understand the importance of being relevant and accessible on the devices your clients use the most.

  • Reporting: Explore HopeSync's advanced reporting features. Learn to use client tags, track messages, and utilize the interactive widget to enhance your communication strategies.
  • Infinite Worth: Learn the onboarding steps for the 24/7 nurse service, the communication process, and how to customize your account so that nurses can fully extend your center’s services by responding to your chats.
